These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ask Top Foster — ATF WebWorks website, marketplace, and services. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide website design services, custom builds, and downloadable website templates. Custom projects are scoped via proposals; deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined per engagement.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Purchases & licenses
Template purchases grant you a non-exclusive license to use the template for a single end product, per the license terms provided at purchase. Redistribution or resale of templates is prohibited.
Payments & deposits
Custom projects typically require a deposit to begin, with the balance due at agreed milestones or launch. All fees are stated in US dollars unless noted otherwise.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets and our pre-existing tools/components, which remain licensed to you for use in the delivered product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or use our work for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
